Pop Up Camper Canvas Replacements

Idaho Canvas Products currently offers replacement pop up camper canvases from the major brands like Jayco, Starcraft, and Coleman. Manufactured by Canvas Replacements using OEM patterns and material on most new tops. Made in the Wisconsin USA and shipped directly to you. As long as the factory original cover is available from the manufacturer then we choose to offer it as the exclusive replacement canvas. If the factory original replacement canvas is no longer available from the manufacturer then we have canvas replacements fabricated using OEM patterns and material for most new tops. We use a 10.38 oz, water resistant, mildew resistant canvas (Fabric colors) which meets or exceeds industry standards. Canvas color choices are taupe (standard), gray, or pearl gray. Whenever possible we use material made in the USA. The windows are made of non-tinted or tinted 12-mil vinyl to help keep out excess sun and heat. Screening on the windows is a tight 18x16 coated fiberglass mesh to help keep insects out. A durable 13-once vinyl fabric (Fabric colors) over the bed wings helps ensure a dry and enjoyable camping trip. On tops we don't have OEM patterns we require that you send your old canvas back to our factory. (See requirements listed)

Current Order lead time estimates on most canvas replacements is now 4-6 weeks except for:

Palomino 2004 and newer – 4 to 5 weeks

Starcraft FACTORY 1990 and newer replacement canvas 3 to 4 weeks

Jayco FACTORY replacement canvas 3 to 4 weeks

Canvas Replacement's sewing shop is currently backed up to 5-6 weeks. The clock starts when you place the order so you can calculate the expected delivery time based off of that.

Coleman Camping Trailer company went out of business in January, 2011. This has left their dealers and customers in a situation where they are having to find other sources for their replacements and parts. Canvas Replacements happens to be the largest alternative out there, so we have seen a dramatic increase in business. While they are able to process 15-20 orders per week, they are simply not able to keep up with the volume during the busy months of March - October.

Canvas Replacements sincerely apologizes for the long lead time and want you to know that they are actively making changes to expand and minimize this backlog from happening in the future.

If we require your old canvas covers to be sent back to our factory, please remove the covers from your pop up camper, box them up completely, put a sheet of paper inside the box with your complete contact information and the year, make, model, and VIN of your pop up camper. An order must be processed and payment received by Idaho Canvas Products before you ship your old canvas covers to the factory.

We stand behind our products. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, period. We guarantee the quality and we guarantee the fit. We further

warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Even if you order the

wrong tent, we will exchange it for the correct one as quickly as possible at no additional charge. Our covers are each custom built to the

proper specifications. Orders for custom built covers must be prepaid in advance and are non-returnable. 5% processing fee applies to all

cancelled orders.

All other makes, models and years are available. Usually the old canvas or a detailed sketch of the camper is required.
